3 paper sources

1. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1111/j.1835-2561.2012.00193.x

This is an academic source. The intended audience is definetely much more business and stats minded people. It ranks and describes how the ranks are handed out to multiple business journals, as well as the Universities they were written at. I will analyze this source for helpful tips and tricks on how to make a piece about business insightful. The fact that this is critiquing other journals will give me a good idea of what to do and what not to do.

2. https://www.americanexpress.com/us/small-business/openforum/articles/advantages-international-trade/

This is also an academic source. However, unlike the first article, this one is intended more for the average person. This article will be useful because of the way that it is organized, it is a list and very organized. It is about the advantages of overseas trade and is a very easy read compared to many of the other articles that I have come across so far.

3. https://www.businessinsider.com/bitcoin-fund-will-exclude-centralized-cryptos

This one is also an academic source. I chose this one because it is an article from a news website. It is much easier to read than the first article, but unlike the second, it's target audience is business minded people. It is about a crypto index.

Each one of these articles is formatted a different way. They are all also targeting a different audience and are written differently. I will use all of these variables to show how an academic source can be written.
